Please read these terms of use carefully.

MobileTracker is a demonstration and simulation platform designed to emulate interface access flows and visualize generated, synthetic outputs based on user-selected scenarios. The Product is intended for showcasing UI behavior, prototyping, presentations, and educational or artistic use.

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company providing a software product through the website * mobile-tracker.biz (the “Site”). By using the Site and/or the Product, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

By using the Product, registering on the Site, or purchasing access, the User confirms that they:

  • - have fully read this Agreement;
  • - have reviewed the Product description and its intended purpose;
  • - understand the demonstration-only nature of the Product;
  • - do not expect any functionality beyond what is explicitly described.

Misinterpretation of the Product’s purpose or functionality does not constitute grounds for claims or refunds.

3. Purpose of the Product

The Product is intended for developers, designers, production studios, content creators, and technical specialists to:

  • - visualize interface effects;
  • - demonstrate user scenarios;
  • - simulate conditional behavior of one or more virtual users;
  • - create video materials, presentations, and prototypes.
  • - Demonstration only. No real accounts, no real data, and no real access.
  • - Immediate access. The Product is digital and access is provided right after payment.
  • - No misleading use. It is prohibited to present the Product as a real monitoring or access service.

MobileTracker is a demonstration, visualization, and simulation tool designed solely to model interface scenarios and visual user effects. The Product does not provide real access to any services, accounts, or third-party data and does not perform monitoring, tracking, extraction, downloading, analysis, or processing of real third-party information. All displayed processes, data, and UI elements are synthetic, conditional, and generated.

4. Use of the Product

4.1 Permitted Use

The User may use the Product for personal, professional, and commercial purposes, including film, video, and presentation projects, provided that the User complies with this Agreement and applicable law.

4.2 Restrictions

It is prohibited to:

  • - use the Product for unlawful purposes;
  • - represent the Product as a real access, monitoring, or analysis service;
  • - mislead third parties regarding the Product’s capabilities;
  • - modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Product, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • - resell or transfer access to third parties without the Company’s consent.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

In general, once digital access is delivered and/or the Product is used, the service is considered provided and a refund is not due. However, we may approve a full or partial refund in the limited cases described in the Refund Policy (for example, duplicate charge, confirmed non-activation, or critical malfunction on our side).

For EU/EEA users (where applicable): by purchasing and requesting immediate access to digital content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 6. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Any liability, if recognized by applicable law, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for access to the Product.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Product, including software code, design, interfaces, texts, and visual materials, are the intellectual property of the Company. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product under this Agreement.

8. Privacy and Data

The Company processes only User data necessary for Site operation and access provisioning (e.g., email, technical data, session data). No third-party data is processed, and the Product does not access real accounts.

  • - Payment data is processed by third-party payment providers; the Company may receive limited transaction data (e.g., payment status and transaction identifier).
  • - The Site uses technical and analytical cookies for functionality and service improvement.
  • - Users may control cookies via browser settings (and/or Site tools, if available).

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Product in case of Agreement violation or unlawful use. Termination does not affect provisions related to limitation of liability and intellectual property.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Company’s jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through pre-trial negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the Company’s jurisdiction.

11. Data Protection & GDPR

11.1 Data Controller

The Company acts as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Users may contact the Company regarding data protection matters via the contact email provided on the Site.

11.2 Processed Data

The Company processes only data provided by the User during registration and Site use, including:

  • - email address;
  • - technical data (IP address, browser type, device information);
  • - payment data (processed by third-party providers; the Company may receive limited payment status/transaction identifiers).

The Company does not process third-party account data and does not access real accounts.

11.3 Legal Basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations, and the Company’s legitimate interests in maintaining Site operation and security.

11.4 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the User account, up to 24 months after last activity, or longer if required by applicable law.

11.5 EU User Rights

EU residents have the right to access, rectify, erase (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.

11.6 Cookies

The Site uses technical and analytical cookies required for functionality and service improvement. Users may control cookies via browser settings.
