Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for refunds related to MobileTracker services (the “Product”, “Company”, “we”, “us”) on the website mobile-tracker.biz (the “Website”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use/User Agreement and applies to all payments made by the User. Important: By using the Product and/or paying for access, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
This Policy applies to all plans and access periods.
1) General Provisions
1.1. MobileTracker services are provided in digital format and supplied “as is” and “as available”.
1.2. Refunds are considered taking into account that the Product functionality involves starting demonstration/simulation sessions, displaying generated demo outputs, and managing sessions (including deletion/restart), as described on the Website.
1.3. For security and privacy purposes, generated demo session outputs and related technical data may be stored for a limited time and automatically deleted (as specified in the interface or relevant product terms). Automatic deletion is not an independent basis for a refund.
2) Important Condition for Lawful Use
Refunds are not provided if it is determined that the User used or attempted to use the Website/Product in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, or the Terms of Use/User Agreement. Signs of abuse may result in refund refusal and access restriction or blocking in accordance with the Agreement.
We may verify requests using internal logs and technical evidence.
3) When a Refund Is Possible
We may approve a full or partial refund in the following situations (at our reasonable discretion, based on logs and fact verification):
3.1. Double charge / erroneous charge
If you were charged twice for the same purchase or there was an obvious payment processing error.
3.2. Payment confirmed but access was not activated
If payment is confirmed but access to the Product was not provided (e.g., account access was not granted, paid functionality was not activated).
3.3. Critical technical malfunction on the Company side
If it is confirmed that the Product was not working due to our fault and this made it impossible to use the paid functionality.
3.4. Cancellation before use begins (if applicable)
If you requested cancellation before starting any demo/simulation session, and this is confirmed by our system logs.
4) When a Refund Is NOT Provided
4.1. Access delivered / Product use began If you began using the Product (for example, started a demo/simulation session, viewed generated outputs, or used export/download of generated outputs), a refund is generally not provided, as the digital service is considered delivered.
4.2. Incorrect data or settings provided by the User Errors in email, contact details, session parameters, device/browser settings, ad blockers, VPN/proxy, provider restrictions, or other user-side factors that prevent use are not grounds for a refund.
4.3. Expectations not stated in the described functionality If the reason for the request is a mismatch with subjective expectations while the Product was technically available and delivered as described.
4.4. Violation of terms, abuse attempts, fraud
Including but not limited to: circumventing restrictions, mass automated actions, unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or false claims.
4.5. Request deadline expired Requests submitted later than the established deadline (see Section 5) may be rejected.
5) Refund Request Deadlines
Requests should be submitted within the active account validity period — 3 / 7 / 21 calendar days from payment (as per the selected plan). If the grounds for a refund arise later, the period is counted from that moment, but not exceeding the account validity period.
The sooner you contact us, the higher the likelihood of prompt verification (logs, payment status, access activation status).
6) How to Request a Refund
To identify your payment in our system and process your request, please send the following information to our support team:
Email address used during registration/payment
Payment method (BTC / ETH / USDT and others). Provide the exact method name.
Payment amount and date
Transaction ID: TXID/Hash (cryptocurrency) or Transaction ID (provider)
Attach a file: screenshot or photo confirming successful payment and/or receipt/statement
Brief description of the issue and preferred solution (refund or reactivation).
After verifying the information, we will proceed to review your request. If verification is successful, we will move forward with resolving the issue. Verification is required before review. Missing details may delay processing. Please ensure your attachments are readable.
7) Refund Methods and Specifics by Payment Type
7.1. Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / Ethereum / Tether USDT)
- • Refunds are generally made to the address from which the payment was received, or to an address confirmed by the User.
- • Network fees, gateway fees, and processing costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- • Due to cryptocurrency volatility, the refund may be made in the equivalent of the paid amount at the time of refund (or according to the methodology of the payment provider).
8) Chargeback and Payment Dispute
Before opening a dispute/chargeback, we recommend contacting support — many issues can be resolved faster through log verification and access reactivation.
If a chargeback is initiated, the Company may temporarily restrict access to the User account until the investigation is complete.
9) Special Conditions for Purchases via Affiliate/Referral Program
If a purchase was made through an affiliate link and a refund is processed, the corresponding affiliate commissions may be cancelled or withheld under the affiliate program rules.
10) Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”.
The maximum amount of possible compensation for any claims related to the use of the Website/Product is limited to the amount actually paid for one paid access period/unit (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
11) Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to update this Policy. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the changes.
